Find a hub near you in the pikeride app

Once you’ve downloaded the PikeRide app, you can view a map of all of our e-bike hubs throughout town where bikes can be easily rented and parked.

Identifying Hubs

In the PikeRide app, find each nearby hub by tapping the map and viewing the hub name. Once you’ve found the hub you’d like to visit, you can also view the amount of bikes and their battery percentages within that hub. Ensure that the hub is stocked with enough bikes for you or your group as large groups may require you to visit more than one hub to pick up enough bikes for everyone in your group.

Parking a pikeride

PikeRide e-bikes must be parked within the service area outlined in the app’s map, but they do not need to be returned to the exact hub location that they were originally rented from. Feel free to park your bike for free at any PikeRide designated hub or for $1 at any publicly accessible bike rack or post within the service area. Make sure not to block any walkways such as sidewalks, driveways, and especially sidewalk ramps designed to provide accessibility to wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. Parked bikes impeding pedestrian traffic will result in a warning and/or fine as our team will have to then locate and move the bike, so please be mindful of how your parked bike impacts surrounding individuals and businesses.

For commonly asked questions see our FAQ page. For additional questions and information, contact PikeRide at (719) 235-5862 or email us at info@pikeride.org. As a local e-bike share in Colorado Springs, we are in town and ready to assist you with any questions or concerns.
