What: A wellness-focused music festival in Colorado Springs! Bike the trail between musical acts, yoga, sound bath, massage, and family fun.

The route starts at Concrete Coyote Park for yoga and music and a pancake breakfast that benefits local non-profit, Concrete Couch. Then boogie down the trail to engage with local vendors, including massage therapists, and have some family friendly fun at the Kids Korner in North Shooks Run Park hosted by Kids on Bikes. Next we'll head to Inked and Infused for tacos and DJ set before meandering to the sound bath behind the Fine Arts Center in Monument Valley Park. Our ride will end at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort for one more musical performance!
